All sales are final. A small convenience fee is added to online purchases.

We do not have printed tickets. Give your name or receipt of payment at the box office on the day of the show. Box office opens one hour prior to curtain.

To ensure that you have time to get seated before the show starts, we recommend that you arrive at the theatre no later than 15 minutes before curtain. Available seats at 10 minutes before curtain may be sold to persons on the wait list.

FAQs

Can I make a reservation or hold a seat and pay and pick up my tickets at the box office or will call? We no longer accept unpaid reservations or hold tickets for payment at the box office. Walk-ins are accepted if seats are available.

Can I still order online if I don’t have a PayPal account? Why does my receipt say I paid through PayPal even though I used my credit card? A PayPal account is not required to order tickets online. Below the option to sign in to PayPal is the guest checkout option “Pay with Credit or Debit Card”. Your receipt reads PayPal regardless of your form of payment because they are our online payment processor.

How do I print my tickets? We don’t use printed tickets. Everyone checks in at the box office. Give your name (or name in which the tickets were purchased) at the box office to receive admittance to the show. Box office opens 1 hour prior to curtain. Theatre opens for seating approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.

I have a season pass. How do I reserve my seat for the show? The Wizard of Oz is NOT included in the season pass. It is produced by Explorer Post 149. Explorer Post 149 is a theatre group for teens, by teens – sponsored by Chickasaw Civic Theatre, founder the auspices of the Boy Scouts of America, Mobile Area Council. It is a coeducational group for youth ages 14-21 years of age interested in Theater.

How do we sit together if we purchase tickets separately? Tickets may be purchased separately or in multiple orders without concern for getting seats together. Seating is not reserved. You choose your own seats when you arrive for the show.
